To Association Leaders:

As we enter a new year, I would like to highlight the year-end process for e-Commerce transactions occurring in the month of December along with details of the annual 1099 reporting.

December e-Commerce Transactions – As a reminder, e-Commerce payments for the month of December are processed and paid during December and not in January. As a result, payments received up to the 26th of December, will be paid out to your association on or before December 31st if your association had transactions during this period. Standard processing will resume on February 15th for all funds collected from December 27th – January 31st, less any credit card discount, administrative, and authorization fees due to KnowledgeConnex.

1099 Tax Reporting – Your association’s copy of the 1099 report will be uploaded to your association’s Dropbox account on or before January 31st. You will receive an email once your report is posted online. If you currently do not have access or have problems accessing your Dropbox account, please contact us.

We appreciate your partnership.
