NMHIMA Strategic Plan
Development of the NMHIMA Strategic Plan outline for 2012-2013. A working copy has been posted to this website. Please provide your input and or suggestions.
NMHIMA Rules & Regulations
Revision and approval of the NMHIMA Rules & Regulations, to include an outline of Board Member and workgroups and the respective responsibilities and aligned with the the Strategic Plan. Read the duties and responsibilities and watch for online self-nomination openings for the 2012 ballot. We need your support and leadership in the NMHIMA.
NMHIMA Bylaws Revisions
NMHIMA Bylaws revisions are pending final AHIMA model bylaws plan, currently underway through the AHIMA HOD work team. Due to some major changes to the AHIMA Bylaws approved by the HOD in Oct. 2011, we will need to revise the NMHIMA Bylaws and present at the annual meeting for approval. A draft will be posted to this website when available.
Calling All NMHIMA Members: Workgroup members are needed to help with association business.
Information will be posted to the web site periodically for any members interested in helping the assigned Board member with a work group task/project, such as Program workgroup, Bylaws revisions workgroup, Scholarship workgroup, ICD-10 Education & Round-table workgroup. We need your help!
